An assessment by registered nurses will determine if first aid measures are sufficient treatment for your employee or if medical evaluation is warranted.

Care Plan Creation

A medical care plan is created based on assessment findings. Our team will develop individualized plans to address each employee's needs, which can include recommendations for additional treatment or return-to-work guidelines.

24-hour Reassessment

Your employee will receive a complete reassessment 24 hours after the initial injury or illness occurred, so you can be sure they're being properly cared for and safe at work.
